Last night for dinner I made vegandad's vegan wings. ( http://vegandad.blogspot.com/2008/05/vegan-boneless-chickenless-wings.html)
They were easy to make and very tasty. Here are things that I would do different next time.
I used bullion instead of "chicken powder" (if I do that next time, I won't use any salt).
I didn't use skewers. Next time I think I'll make them smaller so they're more like "popcorn chicken"
I don't like spicy so I dipped them in BBQ instead of covering them in wing sauce.
We had them for family movie night. I served them with french fries and carrot sticks. So it wasn't the healthiest meal we've ever eaten, but it sure was tasty!
