I made sushi for the first time tonight. I've actually never eaten sushi until tonight. It was very different. I've been looking forward to making/trying it for weeks and finally got the guts today. I don't know that I'll be eating it again any time soon (even thought I'm supposed to have leftover tomorrow for lunch). It wasn't BAD, just an acquired taste maybe? I'll try to get pictures up tonight after munchkin goes to bed. She would not try it and had rice, carrots and applesauce for dinner.
