I've been baking a lot the last week or so for different events. There was a picnic that I made brownies and chocolate chip cookies for and a meeting that I took muffins to. Most people who knew me well asked, before trying, if my baked goods were vegan. I of course said yes and the response was surprising. Everyone cringed and a few people walked away and didn't even try them. I don't really care if people like my food (that's lie, of course I want people to like my food, but that's not the point) I just want them to give it a shot. Everyone who tried them liked them. I just don't understand people aversion to good vegan food!
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how do you handle it?
